Our second trip up to the mountains proved much more fruitful than our first, at least in the wildlife department. I hoped and hoped that we would see at least a couple of moose and my dream came true and then some....









By about the middle of the week, I had had my fill of seeing moose and taking their pictures! I would estimate that we saw at least twenty moose during our week long visit.


At the end of the week, I could tell that the moose were as tired of seeing me as I was of seeing them (they just had that look in their eye, see.)

We were able to spend a little time up in the mountains last week and some of the scenes were breathtaking!I didn't see any moose on this trip but I know they were around! Tricksey mooses!!!

Hello everybody! As most of you already know, my birthday was last weekend (thanks for the cards and text messages!) and I had a GREAT day. Mr. M bought me a Cookie Dough Delirium cake from Coldstone. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a cookie dough lover like I am! And guess what, the very generous Mr. M is going to buy me a piano! I am so very excited and have been checking in the paper and online to find the perfect one. I pray we find one soon!!
